What is your returns policy?
We hope you love everything you buy from Little Lies, but we promise a full refund within our returns guidelines if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as unfortunately any item received out with this time cannot be refunded. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in a resell-able condition with all tags still attached. In the interest of hygiene, please ensure all lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits are tried on over your own underwear. If you don’t, we can reasonably decline your refund.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and all original delivery charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, please drop us an email at customercare@little-lies.com and we'll sort this out! Please use a tracked service to guarantee a safe return to us. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us! Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Please allow between 7-14 working days for your parcel to be returned to Little Lies and processed by our team. An automated email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your funds should arrive via the original method of payment shortly after this. If you haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
Please note that all pierced jewellery is non-returnable.
